Around the Farm - June 2011

We plant our pumpkins in to rye cover crops. This creates a pillow of protection for the pumpkins when they develop.

Sweet corn getting close to harvest. June 22nd will be our first picking.

Tomato harvest began June 18th out of the tunnels.
